WHAT DOES MY DOSH GET ME THEN, HUH?

Here's an outline of what your readies go towards... If you have any other questions about the entry fee just drop us a line via the Get in touch' page.

What you get in brief:
This isn't an exhaustive list because there is some other stuff, but it gives you a good idea of what you're paying for.

- Three weeks of deserty adventure, thuindering across some of the most remote parts of the planet at ridiculous temperatures before winding up in the rainy season in a tropical forest up to your knees in mud.
- An integrated and fully customisable team website to let the world in on your adventure and help with fundraising
- Africa Rally teams only online forum
- Access to a brand new and very clever fundraising website with a team and adventure profile that is much better than just-crappy-giving.com (more news on this when it launches)
- Importation paperwork for your car into Cameroon and the joy of being able to hand over the car at the end and relax without any paperwork or arrangements.
- We manage the storage and sale of your car and associated paperwork and then distribute the funds from the sale of your cars to charities in Cameroon.
- Access to the team-only visa service which undercuts the other agency fees by a long way (it's not free, but much cheaper than the others!)
- Text messaging update system which automatically plots your position on a Google map.
- Entry to team meetings and events in the build up and reunions after the event.
- Launch day in London with the rest of the Adventurists Rally teams
- Entry to the official party in Europe with nearly 1000 other team members of the Adventurists Rally
- Arrival party in Cameroon
- Information and advice about fundraising, sponsorship and getting media coverage
- Contact email address and phone number to use when you have questions
- Official adventure t-shirt for each registered team member
- Car stickers
- We also liaise closely with the official charities and will arrange for you to be regularly updated on how the money is used.

The League of What!?
The League of Adventurists International Ltd. Otherwise known as Mr. Tom, Mr. Lamorna HG (Honourary Gentleman) and Mr. Dan. Apart from being a ridiculously long name, that's the name of the company that runs the Adventurists Rally and the rest of the Adventurists' mighty fine events.

We have a small office in Bristol, UK, and a small part of all the entry fees for all the events we run is used to pay for tea bags and sugar. We pay ourselves rubbish wages because we love being involved in these events but there are some unavoidable costs in running stuff like this from small stuff like train tickets to events, flights and printing right up to the big stuff including tax, multiple insurances and legal fees because the adventures ain't safe! We do our best to keep all our costs to a minimum, including having an office in an area the police don't like going to.

Our aim is to get sponsorship and get TV companies interested in the events so that we can subsidise the entry fee. As with everything else, if you have any questions just give us a shout.
